As a customer of ESTEQ, you can use the following processes to get support:

    2 Easy Ways to get ESTEQ Support:

    1. Web Portal Support: http://support.esteq.com/
    Web Portal Support is automatically logged on our CRM system and gets assigned to a support engineer. A case number is sent to the customer and the issue remains open on CRM until it has been resolved.


    2. Hotline Hotline Support:  0861 XPERT (97379)
    The switchboard operator will direct calls to the appropriate support engineer.  The call will also be logged on our CRM system and the customer will receive a case number for reference.  The case will remain open until it has been resolved.
