[b]Answer:[/b] Check the following: 1. Make sure that the images (if applicable) that you are using for your company logos are small. GIF files are ideal for logos as GIF files are space efficient for small images with less than 256 colours. Resize the images to the correct number of pixels before inserting it into Solid Edge. 2. Some users use relationships on their background sheets\' borders (e.g. connect, horizontal/vertical alignment, locked, etc.). These relationships makes the files very large. Remove the relationships unless your really need them. 3. The default Solid Edge template has multiple background sheets (Eg. A1, A2, A3 , A4). I have found that companies usually only use one paper size like A3. If this is the case, I would recommend using seperate template files for each page size and deleting the unnecessary background sheets in each template file.
