Our IT department keeps all of our Solid Edge files on our File Server so all of the engineers can access the drawings.

Recently, one of the engineers got locked out of his PC while he had Solid Edge up and a file open. He did not know what to do, so he unplugged his PC to restart it.

Now, we have a Solid Edge file on our server that no one can access because it says it is locked out by another user. We assume that lock is from the engineer who just unplugged his PC, but we don't know this (he can't open it either).

How do we unlock the file?

Our Network Administrator is out on medical leave this week, and I am the temporary network administrator while he's out.

If this question is filed in a bad spot, please forgive me.
