I'm having a problem with imported customer files. The files appear to convert okay but will not unfold or flatten and gives the error non planar faces. On one bent flange there is a small counterbore around a hole and I need to keep the geometry but cant seem to even remove it to see if the problem solves. One other problem is the customer has used a cutout command to place their logo through the sheet flange which I cannot appear to remove either. My company recently moved from V20 to ST3 and some of this may be my inexperience but I can draw my own models and edit just fine but seem to have horrible results editing customer supplied stp and pro e prt files. Can anyone offer a little step by step help with this.
