As a customer of ESTEQ, you can use the following processes to get support:

    2 Easy Ways to get ESTEQ Support:

    1. Web Portal Support: http://support.esteq.com/
    Web Portal Support is automatically logged on our CRM system and gets assigned to a support engineer. A case number is sent to the customer and the issue remains open on CRM until it has been resolved.


    2. Hotline Hotline Support:  0861 XPERT (97379)
    The switchboard operator will direct calls to the appropriate support engineer.  The call will also be logged on our CRM system and the customer will receive a case number for reference.  The case will remain open until it has been resolved.

      Supporting our customers’ activities are a team of dedicated engineers and IT specialists, all with the intent to serve and support the customers using our software.  With products that are uniquely developed for the needs of the specific industries, the engineers at ESTEQ are proud to support the products.
